Brown Sugar Body Scrub

This scrub is a great exfoliator and moisturizer all in one. It’s great for kilaris pilaris (chicken bump skin), as brown sugar contains natural salicylic acid, and It smells divine too!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup coconut oil

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup coarse ground sea salt

splash of vanilla extract (or any other extract you like)

DIRECTIONS:

Melt coconut oil. Stir in remaining ingredients. Allow to cool and put into container in the shower.

Coconut Choco-Chip Cookies

Coconut Choco-Chip Cookies

 

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
4 eggs
4 cups almond flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup steviva blend (or 1/2 tsp stevia powdered extract)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1/2 up unsweetened, shredded coconut

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl. Mix well. Drop large spoonfuls onto a parchment lined pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes until edges turn golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 30 cookies

Ingredients:

 

8 ice cubes made from strong brewed coffee (I used French Vanilla)

1 cup chocolate almond milk, unsweetened

2 tsp steviva blend or sweetener of choice (1 tsp sugar or a pinch of stevia)

 

Directions:

 

Simply put into a good blend and blend it up.

Low Carb Coconut Macaroons

Low Carb Coconut Macaroons

 

INGREDIENTS

 

COOKIES
2 3/4 cups unsweetened, shredded coconut
1/3 – 1/2 cup steviva blend (or 2/3 cup sugar)
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp almond extract

TOPPING
100 grams dark chocolate
1 tsp butter

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all the cookie ingredients in a bowl. Drop large spoonfuls onto the lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes. Cookies should be slightly browned at the edges.

Allow to cool

Melt chocolate with butter. Drizzle over the cookies.
