Soft Buttery spread with ZERO transfats or unhealthy soy bean or canola oils.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 lb butter, softened
1 cup grapeseed oil
DIRECTIONS
Using an emersion blender I whipped the butter and slowly added the oil. Pour into a container and refridgerate. That’s it! Easy! You can cook with the oil and I have baked with it as well with good results. It’s easy to spread straight from the fridge. You can use any oil you like but remember if you use oil with a low smoke point you should not fry or cook with it.
