Easy Crab Cakes with Homemade Tartar Sauce

Kid Friendly and quick to make using canned crab

INGREDIENTS

3 cans crab

1/4 cup crushed goldfish crackers

1 egg

salt & papper to taste

flour for dusting

oil for frying

 

DIRECTIONS

combine all ingredients except flour and oil. Form 4 patties. Carefully dust with flour and place in hot oil in frying pan over medium heat. 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely browned. Serve with tartar sauce.

Tartar Sauce

2 part mayonnaise

1 part relish

splash of lemon juice

pinch or two of cayenne pepper.

 

Combine all ingredients.
