Low Carb Coconut Flour Bread

INGREDIENTS

6 eggs

1/4 tsp sea salt

1/3 cup applesauce

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted

3/4 cup coconut flour

2 tbsp ground flax

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Make sure there are no coconut flour lumps. I use my blender. It’s a really powerful one and it works very nicely.
Spread into a small loaf pan. I lined mine with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes.

Serving Size: 16 slices
