Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reduced Sugar

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups spelt or WW flour
3 1/2 cups quick oats
3/4 NSA syrup
1/4 cup coconut nectar or molasses
1 large egg
1 1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda

DIRECTIONS

Cream butter with peanut butter. Add syrup, molasses and egg. Mix well. Add remaining ingredients until a still dough forms.
Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Allow to cool on pan before moving.
