Low Carb, Dairy Free Egg Nog

No Dairy, Low Carb. If you can have dairy then use heavy cream instead of the coconut milk

 

INGREDIENTS

4 eggs
1/4 cup Truvia (sweetener to equal 1/2 cup sugar)
1/4 tsp salt
4 cups nut milk (I used creamy cashew)
1 cup lite coconut milk
2 tbsp rum extract
1 tsp ground nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

Buzz it all up in the blender and chill.
