Tangy Sugar Free Barbecue Sauce

4 carbs per 2 tbsp serving. Perfect for chicken or pork ribs!


1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 serving beef bouillon cubes
1 can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce (680 ml)
6 tbsp Truvia (sweetener to equal 3/4 cup sugar)
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp chipotle powder


Over medium heat in a medium skillet warm oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
Add cubes and dissolve.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until sweetener is dissolved. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Best on pork and chicken.
