Primal Garlic Bread Sticks

Low Carb Bread Sticks take just minutes to make. They would make an awesome pizza base as well. Mmmmm!


2 tbsp coconut flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp butter
2 tsp powdered garlic
1 tsp dried basil (or oregano)
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella (120 grams)
1-2 tablespoons freshly grated parmigiano


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking pan with parchment.
Melt butter in a large glass bowl in microwave. Add cheese. microwave for 30 seconds. Stir. Microwave again as needed. Stir in beaten egg, then coconut flour and spices.
Roll out between two pieces of parchment approximately 1/3 – 1/2 inch thick.
Sprinkle with fresh parmigiana.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Cut into slices.
Serve with marinara sauce or dip of choice.
