Spicy Shrimp Stir Fry

Really simple. You’ll be eating in less than 10 minutes.


1/2 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 zucchini, spiralized or use veggie peeler to make “noodles”

1/2 red pepper, cut into strips

2 slices bacon, diced

1 clove garlic, crushed

1 tsp Montreal chicken spice

a pinch cayenne


Fry bacon over medium high heat. Add peppers and cook until slightly softened. Add zucchini and cook for a minute more. Add remaining ingredients. Fry until hot and serve.

Serves 2
