Italian Stuffed Tomatoes

Mmmmm! Low carb DELICIOUS!

INGREDIENTS

8 large tomatoes; pulp and seeds removed
1 500 gram container of ricotta cheese
1 lb Italian sausage, browned and drained
2 green onions, chopped

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine browned sausage, ricotta and green onion in a bowl.
Spoon into hollowed out tomatoes. Place in baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until tomatoes are tender and mozzarella is browned.
