Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

 

INGREDIENTS

24 button mushrooms (cleaned and stems removed)

1 1/2 cups warm cheese dip (not yet warmed)

1 1/2 cups grated cheese blend (I used cheddar and monteray jack)

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Lightly grease a casserole dish. Place mushrooms in pan and add about 1 tablespoon of warm cheese dip into each.

Top with grated cheese

Bake for 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
