warm cheese dip

 

INGREDIENTS

2 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
2 cups light sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
9 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped green onion

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and place in a small casserole dish. Heat through for about 20-25 minutes.
Cheese will be bubbling.
Serve with veggies, crackers or bread.

Makes 80 servings. 1 tablespoon each.
