Fudgy Cocoa Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, Grain and sugar free

These are moist and delicious! I freeze them so I won’t eat the whole batch all at once. *wink

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup mashed banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
4 eggs
2 cups finely ground almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup dark cacao
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/4 cups powdered sweetener such as xylitol (or sweetener to equal 1 1/4 cups sugar)
1 cup nsa chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 muffin tins with paper or foil liners.

Combine all ingredients and mix with hand mixer for 1-2 minutes.
Spoon into prepared muffin cups.
Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
Allow to cool completely
