Low Carb Seed Bread

Low Carb Flax Bread

 

INGREDIENTS

2 cups ground golden flax seed
1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
2 eggs
5 egg whites
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp sea salt
1/3 cup grapeseed oil

 

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a medium sized loaf pan with parchment.
In medium sized bowl, beat egg whites with hand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Combine rest of ingredients together in a seperate bowl.
Fold in egg whites and pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.

1 loaf = 15 slices
