Tomato Balsamic Dressing

Tomato Balsamic Dressing

50 grams sun dried tomatoes (rehydrated with boiling water and drained)
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup olive oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp grated parmigiano cheese

Blend in blender. Yum!
