Classic (Almost) Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 pounds grass fed ground beef

1 egg

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried oregano

3/4 cup almond flour

 

Tomato paste, tomato sauce, ketchup or BBQ sauce for top

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and place into a large loaf pan. Top with tomato sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    Is it really that simple? I’ve never attempted to make meatloaf before because I thought it’d be too complicated — how ironic!

      Yep. Just that simple. Try it!!! You can do all sorts of things to it also. When you put it in the pan you can put cheese, spinach or hardboiled eggs down the middle. Then call it Meatloaf Surprise! lol

        I wouldn’t have thought of adding hard boiled eggs in the center — no wonder they call it a “surprise”!
